[Request/question] Resize FrostNova radius

hello, i am new at this forum and I'm introducing to ME for a few days, and I want for a long time to ME the mage model of frostnova as known as: Frost_Nova_area.m2 in order to increase its graphic radius (only the graphic) I wish some of you could help me or explain me how to do it or wich methods I have to do it as the simple way, and, of course, indetectable on the server side.

My objective is that frostnova becomes larger as we can see at this video(there is only elemental frostnova enlarged but I want to enlarge both, and them share the same model):
