Evermorph Question

Hi, I recently installed Evermorph 4.3.4, and whenever I try to load it up (regardless of whether or not WoW is open) I get this error message

C:\Windows\system32\MSVCR100.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

I have the Windows .NET 4 Frameware, and C++, and have reinstalled both MSVCR100.dll and Evermorph itself, any solutions/advice to help me fix this problem?

Edit: My OS is Windows Vista 32-Bit when I run Command Prompt and type in regsvr32 msvcr100.dll it tells me that the dll may not be compatible with the version of windows I am running.
