    You dont. If you unpack the Rar, a rar is like a .zip file (use WinRar to unrar it), it will most likely contain a .mpq. If not, and it contains .blps, .m2s, etc. youll need to extract them all, and create a new mpq with MWCS

    No, im sorry, i mean im trying to get MWCS and other model edits, but they all download as rar files

    .rar is a Compressed Archive. Download WinRAR From rarlabs.com to extract the contents of the .rar file.
