This is a repost, but I think this may be a better place to ask this question. Sorry day one on this site and there is so much!
Whenever I try to edit music, when I load wow up it just patches it up.
How, do I get around this?

Don't launch from the launcher, launch from WoW.exe in the world of warcraft folder.
Will that get me banned? Like does it scan in-game for corrupt files? If not thanks so much!
I didn't work, it started to update in-game, am I using the wrong music editing program? What do you recommend Mast Kong![]()

There used to be an add-on called FinalFantasyization I believe, which changed all game sounds to Final Fantasy VII sounds... I used that for a long time, and nothing happened. Maybe things have changed, just showing something that might point you in the right direction to do this.
There was also another add-on that syncd to iTunes I believe, and allowed you to add your own music for certain events/locations.
