Changing in-game weather effects

So I know how to change weapons, races, mounts, pretty much everything, but having a real hard time finding the files (if they even exist) for weater effects. What I'm looking for is to change the weather in feralas to raining weater. Sometimes it happens, but I need it to happen at a specific moment. This is needed for making one of the largest movies which will be released later on. So if anyone could help me out with this I'd be more than happy.

i need to know how to stop the rain in dun morogh. its melting away the snow!! but seriously, how do i change it to snowing? i tried altering it in SQLyog, but i cant reload the DB ingame.
