Is Race Swap over ?

Hi everybody, I just wanted to ask, because i still see new threads poping up, if somebody found a solution for cataclysm model edit, and of course race swap, mount swap in official realms ?
I'm really sorry to bother but, there are many threads saying it doesn't work anymore, but everyone is taking requests, so ... are they for old Wow versions ? Or is it working again ?

Race swap does not work currently on cata so I gues they are making request for old wow versions or they dont know that it doesnt work. But somebody will probably find a way around this sooner or later making race swaps working again just with another method atleast I hope so :/

A loader almost certainly already exists, it's just not in open channels.
