Glitchy's MES, no animation tool anymore?

Hi!

Is the Glitchy's MES 3.0 missing the Animation tool.
I downloaded MES from here : Glitchys Model Editing Suite
But once I start the program and select the human male, in tools section there is only: Mount Point, Model Cloner, Attachment Editor and Resizer ?
Shouldnt there be Animation tool also ? Or is it there once you unlock the dev tools? And how you then unlock it ?

I have been wondering the same. Anyone know anything about this? I also downloaded that some time ago, but cant find the animation tool. I also tries the 2.6 version but once I start it it says that the .exe stopped working etc...
