Druid of the Flame-> Cat form?

Anyone able to swap the (Alliance, Night Elf) cat form model to Druid of the Flame ( http://www.wowhead.com/spell=99244/d...es#screenshots )?

I have no idea if model swaps still work, used to do it in BC, but it seems alot of the things that worked for previous patches no longer work. And then theres also that cat forms have different colors now, so it would maybe only work for one color.

Either way, if anyone can help out, that'd be great.
