Draenei Model Edit Question/Help

Hi, today i downloaded a model edit for Draeneis > High elf, and when i went ingame i noticed the model worked fine, but the NPCs looked like this:



When i saw that, i really liked it, and was wondering if anyone could tell me how i could make a model edit like that for female draenei's or create one for me. Im on patch 3.3.5
