Cold Forged Hammer --> Thunderfury

Well this might not be hard ( for sure it won't ) for someone that knows what he's doing. Looked around ... found some guides , but they are all out of dates and all that. So can anyone make this hammer called "Cold Forged Hammer" look like a Thunderfury please.
