Custom patch in Cataclysm

Hi, know anyone how Cata support custom patch?I have MPQEditor with MPQ 4.0 format for Cataclysm
1.0 = WoW
2.0 = BC, WotLK
3.0 = Cata Beta
4.0 = Cata

I think i have bad name of patch i have now patch-1.MPQ

Ok ok now i work my Patch but i have diacritics i don't know where i must add Fonts...can anyone?Fonts have diacritics so i need import it to patch but i dont know where

Wait, I was under the impression that custom content patches wouldn't work with the Cata client?

Does a custom patch need to be this particular SoundCache MPQ or could a new one be made?

Custom patch is in /Data as wow-update-(number +1 of last patch so 13623 +1 = 13624.MPQ for DBClienFiles use 'enGB' folder and base for Characters modifications or some
enGB = Interface, Sound, DBClienFiles
base = Others
But i don't know where Fonts... i don't find fonts folder in wow-update patchs!
I only see fonts in locale-enGB.MPQ, but here isn't enGB or base FOLDER!!!

ooh ppl just make your MPQ (with your custom content exmple: nude patch etc) the normal way AND rename it to one of these :

after that put the MPQ in your wow\data\cache\ folder and ure DONE! (anyway for model edits to work u will need a patch to crack your wow.exe) ow 1 more thing .. it will say if u like to replace the file cuz the file already exists click yes.

for enGB:
no one update not contain no one font. i.e. fonts used by client is a fonts from "\\Data\enGB\locale-enGB.MPQ\Fonts\".
if you want replace this fonts, just pack identical-named fonts with structure like this:
"\\Data\wow-update-0.MPQ\base\Fonts\*.ttf"

I've not given Cata much thought but I'm curious.
