    [Question] Opening the 4.1 DBC files

    Hello,
    I'm trying to open the new 4.1 DBC files with a few dbc tools I've found but I can only open some of the files with what I have. My guess is that blizz changed the encryption on the new/edited files.
    Is there any program that can currently open any dbc file? Is it widely available? (I've searched for Taliis everywhere but all links for it are dead now)
