Model edititing? HALP

hi. i just found out that you could edit your model in WoW from my friend and he showed me this site, but i dont know anything about how to do it. are there programs you need to do it? is it really hard or simple. im interested in race->race changes mainly undead male-> gnome male do you just download it or something? please help ! =P

Put the .exe in your WoW directory folder - C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft

Place the .mpq file(s) in your data folder - C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data

Run the .exe and enjoy.
