Dwarf to Iron Dwarf cant get it to Work!

Whatever i try wont work...

So i have been trying to change the Normal Character Dwarf into a Dark Iron one yet to no luck i have used Glitchy's MES but even that didt work here are some pictures as whats gone wrong

You only changed the model, not the skins. Idk how MES works but it seems easier to me to just take the Dwarf textures and replace every dwarf texture with Dark Iron or whatever dwarf your doing.
