Noggit bug? Don't know how to fix.

I know the title is not great but here is my problem.

Hi i recently download noggit for 2.4.3 and i have two hard drives in my computer one has 2.4.3 and 3.3.5.a and teh other has 4.0.6
C drive has 2.4.3 and 3.3.5.a and E Drive has 4.0.6
When i try to boot noggit it tells me in the log it is trying to open 4.0.6 how can i edit it so it open the correct world of warcraft.
Even editing the config dont work.

I have even tryed to rename all teh wow folders but teh 2.4.3 one to see if it looks for the folder and it just trys to search my E drive instead of my C Drive for the wow folder.

To use the config file, start noggit with -c as argument. Or just start the 3.3.5 one before starting Noggit and will do it automatically.
