Update on model edits for 4.0.6?

Hey there i'd just like to know how far our model editing experts are with attempting to crack blizzards latest shit storm for the moding community.

Also I would like to ask about a tool I had a while back that used the Cache Folder to replace the appearance of items with other items. I can't find it any more and it worked with any patch back when. Might not work any more but I'd still like to toy with it a bit.

Check the model editing section, there is a patcher that disabled the checks. So yes model editing is possible
