Editing Mount With Hex?

Anyone know if its possible to edit mounts with a Hex Editor? I know it works with gear, but when I try it with mounts it just changes the Icon of the mount, not the look when mounted. Anyone know if there is a way to change the mount look, possibly something else needs to be changed?

Im not familiar with the +rep thing and don't know if I can do it yet, but if I can I would gladly +rep whoever figures this out, I want to change it with hex because it seems safer and easier than puting a .exe in my folder to start wow whenever I want to play =P

Hex editing a mount, I personally have never tried it, but to my knowledge it wouldn't work. Trust me, the .exe is perfectly safe, just get it from www.modelchange.blogspot.com, you can trust me, I'm a mod of the ME section
