Googled over 2 hours but could not find a working one
Tried: DBCUtil, dbc2csv converter, dbc editor, dbc 2 ini
I don't want to change models, but strings - i hope this is the right section for this.
Thanks in advance

You can try this; DBUtil Download - Softpedia

I don't see, what's not working with DBCUtil. Works fine for me.
It keeps telling me: "File isn't a DBC!"
Use Taliis. I assume you want to edit Wow DBC files, since your posting in wow's model editing section, and Taliis will do that job just fine.

and yes wow .dbcs
Your DBCs just seem to be corrupted. You're maybe opening from a Cataclysm MPQ. Some of these are patch-files only. They do not contain the full data but a binary difference to the previous version to minimize size. You can not open these files without applying the patch to the previous version and then opening the result.
Thanks, I accidentally exported dbc w/o patches applied.
It's working now!
+Rep to you and every1 else who tried to help(if i can)
