How to actually install Model Edits.

First time posting, I've recently become a fan of model editing, but I can't figure out how to actually get them active. For example, I wan't to download Enagics Heirloom Weapon Swap http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...m-weapons.html -- It downloads and opens in winrar, but when I click on it I need a program to open it. I am very familiar with downloading addons and such. Apologizes if there is already a post explaining this, couldn't find one though.

It is a MPQ file, put it in your World of Warcraft/Data folder.
