    Is it possible to make non-playable skins to playable?

    Hello, I was wondering if it's possible to make a non-playable character skin ( For example, Necromancer one )

    Because at WMV you can select the skin but in-game you can't I was wondering if this could be changed through DBC editing or is there another way?
