[Request] Tauren Male Model change? (4.0.x patch)

Hello there, I cant find any models that can change my DK Tauren Male too an Undead Male or Blood Elf Male, help please ? Somone got a link or can create one for me ?

I would like to get:
Orc Male > Human Male
Tauren Male > Undead Male
Tauren Male > Blood Elf Male

Do you have the feet fixed? because with the tauren as we all know they dont have feet coverings!
