4.0.1 compatible version of Lady Alexstraza

I'm wondering if anyone can remake this to work for 4.0.1, if only for Orc Male. I would be grateful.

From that post it is impossible because it carries a DBC file and we can not get those to work yet :/ Im so sorry man.

I dont have any orc-alexstrasza edit but i have posted a noggenfogger skeleton to alexstrasza edit for patch 4.0.x right here, hope this helps a little.
