Feral Cat form > worgen or another character

Good day people.

I'm already searching for a while, in how to get tauran cat form towards a worgen or ( that icc25 4th boss trinket proc character )

I'm stuck. and got no clue on where to start or what to do.

Anybody els that did this or could throw me some hints on how to do it myself etc.

I checked around alot on this site, but all i found was aged models which simple are not working anymore. The guides i tried simple didn't work either.

Anybody some suggestions?
