Creating char, race information text change?

How I can edit the text for example Blood Elfs, when making a char. There is Race information text on right when you create a char, where I can edit that?

I dont have anything like that. I am using Programmers Notepad to edit, but in my Wow/interface there is only addons?

I cant even find my interface.mpq ?

open the patch3.mpq in the engb or whatever client you're using I think it's there. I can't check it for you atm, but just keep looking :P

BTW, do you know when I edit lets say for example blood elf's info, how I get it saved and shared in patch to other players at the server? And it would appear at game?
