Don't think I can do a gnome helm conversion unless it was to fully convert NE to Gnome for that to work, I could be wrong.

But I made an mpq for ur shoulders, basically changes it to same model as Bloodfang/Bladed Shoulderpads of the Merciless.

Download this and put this in the Data folder of your World of Warcraft directory. Then run zmutfx's modeledit program and run it.

O wow, that's new to me lol. Well if you want I can do an itemcache.wdb based edit for the shoulders(you'd have to remove the .mpq).
