Model Problem

I've tried three different times to try to model swap from DrM to ScM but I've gotten this result twice and a different result with an undead model with draenei skin the first time. What am I doing wrong? The screenshotted model swap shown below can't really be altered all that much from what it looks like. The hairstyle changes somewhat with weird colors and the lower part of the face is just invisible as you see..

It is because the skin file is not swapped correctly. The only thing that changed is the model.
