Model problems??

hey so i just recently did a cool little model swap made my gnome into an UD male, nothing big. but since i did that i have noticed a little problem.
everything seems to look fine except for a few of the new models (new druid forms, new npcs, etc.) they all seem to look like little tiny cubes with checkers all over it.

anyone able to help me out?? im kinda new to this. ty =]

Delete CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc from the MPQ and it should be fine
