itemcache.wdb gone

As the titel says, the itemcache.wdb is gone. I just loaded a new 10mb patch.. did blizz change something?

So no more glitchy modelswap ? :S

Delete the files listed "Item"
You should have 2, I deleted my way to the soloution, here's a quick one for you
Got rid of my changes atleast, and reappeared when in the folder when I logged back in
