Making Stealth stealthier!

I have a though.

I was wondering if you (who know more about editing than I do) think it is possible to change stealth, giving it a new full-screen animation, such as when in stealth, makes the camera act like it does when a mage casts invisibility, or add (black) clouds around the screen, just like one's affected with when being in Hrothgar's Landing.

What I "want" would be a patch making Stealth change the screen effect to that given by Invisibility! (Allowing me to still see other players of course.)

Adding the aura of Shadowform would be a spiffy addition if that's possible. Not too important though, so don't kill yourself over it if it's tricky.
