YiasEdit Launch problem & wowmodelviewer error

Ow sorry i made a mistake in the error meaby thats why now one was responding well here is somemore info i hope you guys can help me this time.
Yiasedit error
Well my problem is that i want to start model editing with yiasedit dx agian, since water works now. I just bought a new computer and i really want it to work. Every time i launch Yiasedit i get this message ''there was an error while determinig the version! please check your connection ''

Im working on my new laptop with windows 7 home premium
With an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 graphics card.
A 64 bits Operating System
Pixel Shader Version 3.0
My wow version is 3.3.5
I use the yiasedit dx from Toyoka's General Guide To World Building (really good guide that helped me a lot to start)

What i tried:
I tryed the edit program on a normal pc with windows xp pro and a computer with windows xp home. ( Same error )
I downloaded it from an other site. ( Still same error )
I tryed it on lower wow patches. ( Still same error )
