Problem with my edit

Hey guys I'm trying to do a edit of the druid forms.
I tried doing a bear -> turtle but the only thing that changed was the skin.The model itself didn't which resulted in this horrible creation:

Did you replace the .m2 file too? Because it looks like you only replaced the skin :P
