Fog Color?

I havn't found a guide on this anywhere...

Anyway, I am making a blood elf themed island off the coast of Silithus

And you may remember from silvermoon (or any belf themed area) that there is a "golden" light/fog color. The fog color here is light blue and making the blood elf area look quite bleak and sad. The color doesn't really fit.

So, the point is.. How the ... are you supposed to change the fog/light color??

EDIT: I realise that it has something to do with the light database, but I have no idea how to add a new light source.
