[Question] .M2 and .SKIN

I've been looking through countless forums and sites about what programs can convert the .M2 , .SKIN and .BLP files. I've found the .BLP file converter, which helps but not without the other two.

I've got models in 3DS format. So ideally I'd want a 3DS-M2 converter. If there is only a script available can you:
1) Post it here
2) Explain what I need to do with it (Where to save and in what format)

For the .SKIN files, I've found absolutely no help on. Can someone explain and/or link a converter they might have?

Use glitchy MES. It converts OBJ > M2 and automatically makes a .SKIN file when doing the convertion. The only thing you need is the OBJ and the BLP files then.

I am assuming that the OBJ is a 3D file?

I cant a link to the Glitchy MES. At least not one that works. Could you link one here for me?
