How to change gnome female to undead male?

I have downloaded the MCPTR model sometihng thing and the MOQ things... what do i do with them ? anyone... PLEASE! Loosing my mind here...

put the thing u downloaded (the mpq file) in ur data folder and rename it to patch-#.mpq (replace # with a numbers 3-9) then put the modeleditfix in your wow directory, it will open a black box, dont touch it, and then it will open wow, log in to your character and then you can close the black box
