Finding the troll female texture blp file?

Greetings and thanks for stopping by. I seek to make boots visible on trolls, and I have searched around trying to figure out how to do it. Now I found a thread were one described quite fast and simple how it was done, that you need a blp <-> tga converter (which I have), and then convert the troll blp texture into tga format. Now this is where the problem starts, I don't have a clue where to find this texture, nor was it described where to be found.

Please, can someone guide my way? I know I'm just a leecher but if I can learn this then perhaps I can start contributing to the forums?

Download model viewer if you don't have it.

After that, click on character > troll > female

And then adjust the settings to exactly how your troll is currently looking (so change the hairstyle, haircolor, skin color etc to the character you currently have)

then click on file > export > export all textures

there you have it, you have exported all the blp files of the troll then.
