Texture swapping?

i was wondering and looking yesterday on forums how to texture change for the latest wow. it seems an idea popped me of wanting to make some parts of my armor glow like some other mod i saw ealier with changed the tier 10 warr armor into a green glow. also not just armor i want to reskin also maby weapons and mounts if i can. does anyone knows a link to be starting at this? im a newbie at this so may the tut be simple?

If you want a tut, check the guides section. The basic about model editing is exporting and importing. I remember that there is even a sticky that sums up guide and gives a good description. I suggest to read those guides first and if you are getting stuck then ask here where you're stuck at.
