DBCUnit Problem

Hey so i'm trying to convert my edited CSV file back into DBC format using the DBCUnit.exe, I realised i'd deleted the first line so went back and extracted a fresh copy of the file.

So I dragged and dropped, it processed, etc.

A file appears in DBC Format with the correct name, but it's only 20 bytes big, Wtf?

Would appreciate help on what i'm doing wrong, +rep

Forgot to change from dbc format using DBCUnit. Just took a few seconds for the command prompt to load up, which i didnt expect.
