Program for item swapping?

Hey guys, I've looked through a few pages in the forum now.. But i couldn't find what I was looking for..

Once I had a program where you could copy the URL from armoury, and it would load all of your item datas.. Then you could simply swap your gear to what you want it to look like! I can't remember the name of that program, so I would apreciate if you guys had any suggestions to a program that could do the same thing?
