Where to post request?

Was reading the rules about making requests and it said that model to model requests had to be posted on a certain thread. I understand that but I read somewhere on the forums that my request would be considered Model to Creature so I am not sure where to put it.

Request was: Blood Elf Male > Vrykul Male

Not even sure if it can be done or if someone would be willing to do it.
