[Question] Lack of Draenei Male Swaps?

This kind of perplexes me a little as I find the draenei model probably one of the most negative commented ones in the game from talking to a lot of people, is it just that hard to edit or is it not something that's on high demand.

I remember downloading a patch that changed the female night elves to female blood elves with night elf colors and markings. Would a similar thing be possible for the draenei males, maybe replace with the blood elf male model then recolor? Maybe it's the tail I dunno.

Just curious, if anyone wants to attempt it feel free but I'm more wondering if it's even possible.
