HELP! Can't remove my modelchange?

So, today patch 3.3.5 hit the european realms, and that made my UD - > Belf patch dissapear from the data folder.
What am i supposed to do now? i don't want to run around like a bloodelf forever.

Haha, it must have merged the patches together, there are a few things you could do.

Open up every patch with MWCS to look through and find your model edit and delete it, unless it actually replaced the blizzlike version of it cos it has the same name, if not delete all your patch.mpq and run wow repair.

So i deleted everything in my data folder, then the repair tool didn't work at all; "Please reinstall World of warcraft"
So i put the files back in again, and ran the repair tool -> Nothing changed, it repaired but the belf model is still there
Which of the patches should i delete? Which one is it most likely merged with?
