"Paladin" Armor?

I saw this aaages ago on another website, and was really interested in it as it was being posted around as concept art for the new Paladin tier, but of course that wasn't the case.

I had completely forgotten about it until yesterday when I saw this:

Now I have absolutely no idea what someone was making that armor for, if it was even to be used within a game but I was wondering if anyone had tried to make it for WoW.

Looks like an archangel from diablo (Tyrael, Hadriel and the like). I've actually considered making a replica for WoW.

I guess you could try making it. The hard part would be getting the glowing tentacle wings to work. Maybe you could look at how warlock t6 does it with the flapping wings (think it's the helm that actually contains this effect).

Yeah, I thought of the same things really.
I might give it a go, but I can't say it'll come out well since I have absolutely no idea where to even start.

Time to look up some guides I guess.
