How do I Import/Export m2 models

Anybody know a program how to export and import m2 models into obj or 3ds?

I've tested Glitchy's but they dont work on my computer (weird I know).

+rep for anybody that link me a program that can export/import md2.

And it whould be nice if it keept the animation too (aslong as I dont add/remove vertices) as the glitchys model injector
