Hello there, my first time posting a thread of what I can remember really. I'm trying to learn to model swap in order to swap all of my demons on my Warlock. So far it's going so-so, the model is swoped but the result is rather... Here is an example:



And sometimes I end up with:


I'm trying to follow this guide.

Sometimes the model is changed but the skin remains, sometimes it's just #¤%"# up. Any clues or tips to get it working as intended? =)

The last one seems to be a .skin file problem, or the m2 is just straight ****ed up.
You need to swap textures aswell for creatures.

You both times seemed to have missed the textures (blp files).
