Problems with doing a Mount Edit

Alright, so. I tried my hand at swapping mounts this morning, my goal was to swap the Alliance 60% Paladin mount with the Horde 60% Paladin mount, I followed this guide: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...-swapping.html - now what my problem is, is once I got in game and started playing, I noticed a couple bizarre things. People with the Celestial Steed mount ran around at full speed, could not see the mount. And when people had Lil' KT out, it looked like a white and blue box following them, I remember this has to do with the game not being able to find the model. Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT:: The model/skin swap worked fine. There were just side-effects.

Try to get the DBCs out of the newest patch(eg patch-locLOC-3.MPQ)
