Requesting model editing HELP! (seriously)

Hello, so im really new to this, actually i havent done one single model editing yet, but what i'm asking here should be quite simple since its not anything special.

What im looking for is a step by step guide, what programs i need and all those stuffs, in how to change the appearence of my Undead Male priest to Undead Female Priest; just that, nothing else, no fancy editings or world changes, just changing from male to female.

Please keep in mind that i know absolutly 0 about this matter. Im sorry if there is anything about this posted yet but i could find ( probably due to my noobish) so if there is place a link to there.
