Model edit won't go away

So, I've been using UndFe>BeFE for some time now, but has been bugging
when I'm on vehicles (hog, etc) so I tried to delete the patch-x.mpq, but
I'm still a Blood Elf character. I also tried to run Blizzard repair - didn't work.

Any ideas?

Make sure you don't have any other patch files other than patch-x.MPQ, delete all but patch.mpq, patch-2.mpq and patch-3.mpq.

Alternatively, if you have updated wow with your patch file already there you could've corrupted one mpq file so your only option is to delete that file and run repair or reinstall. Always make sure to remove your custom patches when updating wow!
