I was wondering if there is a way to do this, but not using .mpqs like patches or anything. Heard too many stories of Warden catching stuff like that.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to do it using the program Hex Editor or a similar program? I use to do weapons such as changing a white to thunderfury for example. I forgot how to do that now, but I never learned mode.s

Any ideas or anyone have this done already?
