A little problem...

I downloaded a model edit that changes Westfall and I put it my Data folder as patch-U.MPQ
I started WoW with WoWMe but Westfall was the same,after that I started ,,original" WoW...but still Westfall was the same.
It doesn't work because I have 2.4.3 WoW?

Make sure your patch file extension is MPQ, not mpq.

It's .MPQ but doesn't work.

Do you have other area edits? If the edit you downloaded consists of any dbc files which the other area edit have as well they'll clash and you won't notice the change in that patch.
