(Question) After using noogit3 and making the patch

Hi guys i followed this guide here

It is def outdated because it talking about noggit 2.1.3 but i figured that it cant be to much different. and i used myWarcraftStudio to make the patch as it says in the guide. But when i add the patch in the wow folder and start wow no changes have happend. i did some searching and saw that u have to make the patch in a m2?? tree format. if any one could point me to the right direction that be ASOM. Ty

Fixed: My Tree was messed up

When you change something, the treepath of the changed thing must be the same when you create a patch for it. So for example if I took a model like so: World/Azeroth/Alterac/trees/Alterac_tree01.m2 (not a real model, but you get the idea) and changed it to look different, I would have to put it in a patch in the exact same way (add folders with the proper names; World/Azeroth/Alterac/trees/ and add the Alterac_tree01.m2 file to it).
